Too much cost however ok.what about double fare.trying to fool customers by showing inappropriate details in App and looting customers.And the support team ,this is never reachable and Iam trying to contact them to know the detailed information about my trip in which they have extra amount for previous trip..

  3. I had booked a car on 4th Oct and the timing to reach a car was showing 7min continuosly. But after few minutes I got a message and email that my trip is cancelled because driver waited too long. However, neighter that driver reached to my place nor he called me if he was waiting and I have been charged for Rs. 47.25 this is ridiculous. I will not use Uber cabs again..

  4. Hii Yesterday i was booked a uber from isnapur x road to patancheru but the uber driver has dropped me in between only and told that rain is coming i cant drop u at ur house And the fare are showing 120/- And he has taken 150/-rs
    What this things are doing with uber pupils are trust u and come with u alone and u guys are doing like this means its very bad Really...

  8. Hi this is Venkatesh from Hyderabad...this fellows are making the trip cancel and charging 50 rupees from each customer....think once daily 20 cancellations means 1000 rupees ....what a great job...uber is waste......ola is best

  11. today i book the uber cab at 18:16. cab driver requested for cancelled the trip at 18:19 hours . i got the mail saying that due on next trip Rs:47.25. Its not my mistake so i request you to please look into it and do needful to us.

  12. Last month I had booked uber cab to zoo park From Uppal but I received two calls from two drivers at the same time, how it is possible. I asked the driver that I booked only one cab, driver said that you have booked two cabs at same time, later two cabs came to my place. Think which cab should I choose ��. One driver asked me cancel one pickup, I said why should I?. after conversation I cancelled one pickup,then both pick up cancelled. Now am showing outstanding payment 105.

  13. Is parking charges near secunderabad railway station for ubercab should be paid by customer or the cab people, as when i booked he is in parking zone and he avail the parking charges with me. I am not sure that from how many days they are charging like this for parkibg there own vehicle and when customer books, after the ride finishes he chares both travelling and parking charges.

    I have booked a cab on yesterday 17th Nov But, cab did not reach on time his name is driver name is Das (ph: 7995589116) he spoke to me for address location find out after some time his phone was switched off. automatically connected to another cab and that cab reached late. already we have gone in the other arrangements. but, you people are charged Rs 48/- for trip cancel charges. this is very unfair to your side, why we have to pay the amount for cancel.

    This is in regards to the trip I have taken in uber yesterday from madhapur to uppal. When I have
    checked the price in uber pool, it showed me 259Rs n when I was dropped it
    showed me 332. May I know why there is a difference or variation in price
    eventhough I took my drop n pick up at the mentioned location ?? Please
    advise.

    One more issue which I'm facing with uber is in unable to use any promo
    codes or offers and I'm getting a message that uber has revoked all the
    offers in your account. May I know the reason for it?

  20. This is LSNReddy Pulagam. I take a ride using UBER app on 18th Oct, 2017, 7: 58 PM (driver name: Rajendra). At that time i paid that amount by cash (182 indian rupees) but i did not got that receipt in my uber app yet. Last two days back i tried to take a ride using uber application at that time i noticed last trip out standing balance (181 rupees) still pending, i already paid that.

  21. hi this is kiran from hyderabad yesterday i have booked uber cab from tarnaka to puri jaganath temple banjara hills first i got connected to one driver and when i tried calling that driver he did not respond and immediately the driver and car details changed and i reached and paid the amount of Rs 220/- to the driver through paytm as he requested and once i completed my visit to the temple and tried to book the cab from puri jagannath temple to tarnaka it is showing that the previuos trip amount of Rs.215.85/- is due and you have to pay the due amount plus the trip amount to the driver once you complete the trip so i have opted for another service provider and reached my home but this is rediculous. if the first driver has cancelled the ride by him self why will customer have to suffer this is the second time happened to me previously i paid the amount of Rs 45/- thinking there might be some technical issue but it is repeated so i request you to please rectify the same my registered mobile number is 9248002721/-

Day by day the uber service is going worst my family who arrived at station and I preferred the uber where as the uber driver[Arun kumar TS05UB0589] got allinged after a long wait for cab when we called up the driver he refused to come and the hell he was saying me to cancel that too after long wait and disconnected my call when i called up multiple times he is not ready to take my call and more over when i thought of contacting customer service there are no proper contact numbers are available on the company's website I just got a thought that what happens if there was any emergency how can a the person call easily to uber customer service please I request you take these feedback

  32. Uber is worst service provider and very unsafe for ladies travelling in the night.
    Last night 28.02.2018 the driver made us wait for more than 25 minutes and did not arrive to pick up. He was waiting for us to cancel the trip and did not answer the mobile once he was told the destination. We were helpless in the middle of the night with no option to contact uber for assistance. Where is the customer care contact number for emergency for riders waiting for the cab. The government should appoint a agency to oversee the interest of the consumers, before things go out of control.
