  1. my uber app is not working properly as it is showing wrong location and wrong fare.... I uninstalled app several times still the issue is not resolved. I tried contacting customer care but no number is working..I have mailed the issue but uber team has replied to check my device software...

  2. AT 11:34 PM ON SEP. 19 I TOOK THE RIDE FROM JASWANT APTT., ND 110025 TO IGI AIRPORT AND PAID
    IRS 332.84. IT WAS OK. THE ISSUE IS THE FARE ON MY WAY BACK.

    I TOOK UBER FROM IGI AIRPORT AT 2 AM SEP. 20, 2017 AND DRIVER JITENDRA DROPPED ME AT 02:35 AT MY DROP LOCATION JASWANT APTT, OKHLA, NEW DELHI 110025. AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE EXPECTED FARE WAS IRS 512. AFTER 5 MINUTES I CALLED THE DRIVER JITENDRA (WAGONR) AND INQUIRED WHY HE HAD NOT TERMINATED MY TRIP HE GAVE THE EXCUSE THAT DUE TO CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM MESSAGE HAS NOT REACHED TO ME. AFTER ONE HOUR WHEN I CHECKED AGAIN THE TRIP WAS TERMINATED AT DLF GURUGRAM, DLF PHASE 3, SECTOR 24. FARE AMOUNT WAS ENORMOUS IRS 907.91. I HAVE NO INTENTION TO PAY THAT THIS UNJUSTIFIED AMOUNT.PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY OR FORGET ABOUT ANY PAYMENT.

    This is how you can start a bad day. I booked a Uber cab in the morning 5am. Mr.Naresh Babu was the driver. On meeting me first question he asked was how much is the car rent shown in Uber App. I told him ₹.217. On hearing this he asked me to cancel the trip. He argued that it will be a loss for him after paying toll of ₹125. I agreed to pay the toll. It is highly embarrassing for a passenger to hear that he is asked to cancel the ride early in the early morning due to low tariff rate quoted by Uber. Luckily no tolls were collected. But after reaching the KIAB,though the console showed ₹ 217 which I paid. But the driver was insisting for toll amount which was not paid. I refused pay the amount and he abused me calling 'kachara'. What a great way to start a day. I seen some review by passengers who rated him high.You may also may have good impression about him. But, I feel sorry for him for his indecent behavior to me early in the morning.

  6. Booked uber from Kotla to connaught Place. Driver came to wrong side and when I told him to come from my side. He refused and cancel my ride. Never aspect such a rude behavior. But instead of him. Uber put a cancellation charge to me. Really shameful

  8. Hi !! I took a ride from select city walk to Chatrapur Mandir with driver named Parvesh . When I reached my destination driver told me that he had already taken another ride so he’s unable to see the fare . So , I looked into my Uber account and the charge was ₹392 and I paid him cash ₹400.
    This was 28th of September 2017 around 6 pm .
    And still my Uber account is showing me outstanding payment of ₹392. Please concerned people solve this issue asap . As I am not able to book Uber since then .

  10. I booked a cab from Sikanderpur to terminal 3. At the end of the ride driver said that his connection is lost and asked me to pay Rs 230,i did. After some days I had to book the cab again from Sikanderpur to terminal 3. At the end of the ride driver tells me that the last ride amount is pending and quarreled with me to pay Rs 515 for the ride, when the actual ride amount was Rs 166 only! I sent an email to uber customer care service and till date got no response! Worst customer experience. Now I'm trying to call them and no number seems to work, can anyone help me with the uber customer care number for Delhi please

  12. I booked a cab for my parents who were returning late night from a relative's house. They called the driver and he said he was coming but cancelled the call after 10mins and INR 50 was charged because he claimed that we were late. But he made the delay himself. Want to know what shall someone do in such a situation? Does uber has any record of the calls? Do they even take strict steps against such rediculous behavior. Mujhe jana tha RK Puram se Nehru Place. Mene Cab book kiya aur cab driver ko call kiya to cab driver Mahipal pur me tha. Mene unse kaha Bhaisahab Kitne Der me pahuncho ge? To vo kehta 1/2 half hour me. Mene kaha OK. 15 minutes ke baad jab mene unko call kiya to cab driver kehta me Karol Bagh ja raha hoon. Mene kaha matlab? To cab driver kehta ride cancel kardo. Mene kaha Agar me cancel karunga to paisa mera katega. Jab aap ko aana nahi tha to aap ne kyo received kiya,jab mene pucha to mera phone cut karke mera ride usne cancel karke kisi aur ko transfer Kar diya. Jisko transfer kiya mene Usko call kiya to vo cab driver Mehrauli me tha. Aur Kuch minutes baad Mehrauli wale cab driver ne bhi mera ride cancel Kar diya. Mera pura 1hour wait kara ke ride cancel karne ka matlab kya banta hai? Dobara jab mene Uber book karne ki koshish kiya to Uber walo ne pehle wale cancel ride ka bhugtaan karne ke liye aur charge maar diya. Please Uber team Kuch kijiye. Me ye nahi kehta ki mere paise wapas kijiye. Me ye keh raha hoon. Apna services thora behtar aur sudhaariye. Bahut vahiyaat aur bahut ghatiya experience raha Uber ke Sath. Ola is better then Uber.

Waited for 25 minutes for him to pick me up and then I got an auto, he finally cancelled but I was charged but the best is he threatened me and this incident happened today around 9 to 9.30 and creepy driver just called me up twice. What kind of service is this? Uber not safe at all. Will never use it again..

    My name is Ajay Sharma....today I booked your service but faster booking driver said to me that he can't go to destination..and said to me cancel the trip... but I said if you are not going then you should cancel but he denied... suddenly after 5 min I see to him around me...i went there and said to cancel my trip and I stand inforunt of of his car .... then after 30 sec he started his car and strick to means ran away from there...

  23. Thursday Nov 30 at noon I took a Uber Hire at Theater Road in Kolkata. Though the app said that I must pay Rs 449 cash for two and half hours, the driver demanded Rs750 cash in advance. I paid that. Then I let him go at 3pm in Esplande area. He produced s bill for another Rs 605. I didn’t get any receipt for the Rs 750. Can somebody explain?

  24. Hello... I booked one Uber go. It showed me 36.06/-rs but driver charged me 50.22/-rs. The driver only used the non-gps route.. why should I pay extra... Please return my money... It not fair..Please look into it....

Yesterday I had a booking at around 8:17am and while I am trying to get ride and ask Uber cab driver for pickup after that he told me that I am unable to go as my concern destination and ask me to cancel the ride ...now I am trying to book a ride but unfortunately the cancellation amount included in this ride my question is why I have to pay cancelation charge what the hell is this policy ??

Despite my repeated telephonic calls he could not reached to me and then canceled the booking at his end but the Uber instead the punish him, upload the cancelation charges on me. As I am not getting the services of Uber I am taking the services of Ola and I am fully satisfied now. Imposing the such fine on customers Uber is losing their valued customers.

Today I've booked cab at 10.15 am and it was showing that uber will reach in 11 mins and after around 25 mins I've got the call from driver that my live location is coming wrong so please come on the road and when I reached there was no can and then I called up the driver again and he said that he was there only but another pickup came so he left from there without picking me up to take the other rider and instead of apologizing he was talking illogical and telling me the rules of Uber. Unfortunately I had to board the cab coz I was charging the money for cancellation and there was no cab available so I waited again standing on the road for 10 mins and he reached at 10.50 am. Dear Uber please confirm if we will be getting this kind of services so better we should not take cab from you instead install and use some other cab services. I need a revert on same otherwise I'll raise this issue in Social media.

I was on my trip due to some problem in cab driver didn't support and told me to cancel the trip as I cancel my trip, approx triple amount deduct from paytm and driver start the cab and gone what was that. And in another trip I booked the cab driver did't reach at my pickup location , he was on my usually drop location and cancel the trip same 42 rs deduct from paytm unber leaving negative impression

  34. The driver partners are soo rude and unprofessional. Every single morning when I book a cab the driver refuse to take the booking or cancel the ride only because they don't want to go Gurgaon. They don't even pick up the phone. The driver's take the rides according to their own mood and comfort and they don't care about the riders or their time.
    It's highly unprofessional and disappointing. And the sad part is the uber customer care team is also not taking any effort to rectify this or training their driver partners properly. I have sent n no of mails regarding the same issue but haven't recieved a single reply from uber.

  35. On 29/01/2018, I took up a Uber taxi for covering some distance. Earlier, I was being charged Rs. 59/- for one person (pool). This time, the charge was Rs. 89/-. I thought that the charge might have gone up. I started checking up the same charge thereafter regularly. One day, i showed Rs. 59/, then again Rs. 49/- & again Rs. 59/-. Why so inconsistency for covering the same distance? I don't understand. Does the Uber taxi system want to discourage it passengers?

    Date 4.02.18 # I have booked a cab 10:00 am (Noida 62 to Delhi karawal nagar Delhi) but your driver called me and told that no more gas in my vehicle and cancelled the trip and again the same booked by me and the same driver took the call and again cancelled.It's very bad experience.

    Date 4.02.18# After that again the same booked by me seem fare Rs.423/-(Noida 62 to Karawal nagar delhi)but at the time of trip completion suddenly fare rs.560/-paid by me and i have already generated a query for high amount there is Rs 150/-waiting fee charged to me and lost my mobile phone along with and contact to your driver (Vimal tel no.8853380803)regarding that but he told lie to me am sure he has my mobile phone so once contact to him and cancel his contract,if this type of service done by uber, its very none reliable or shamful.

  41. I am a sr citizen...a frequent user of Uber..drivers are harrassing us sr citizens...as soon as we book...they ask us for our destination. ..if they're not interested...they refuse and adk us to cancel
    Today i had gone to a funeral house
    Returning booked a cab...he asked me for the destination. ...he said he would come in 10 mins...after 30 mins i called him...he said he has crossed the destination and cannot come...i was standing on the road and looking at every car for the number...he asked me to cancel
    I refused...he canceled
    Look at c the audacity of uber to charge me rs 42 cancelation fee
    Shame and disgusting behaviour
    Uber management is encouraging this and mot taking action
    I had to return in an auto being an asthmatic patient....i will take up this case if not sorted with the RTI

  42. I had booked a cab in sharing from gangotri apartment Vikas Puri to zaher bullet points Vikas kunj Vikas Nagar cost me 49 but that cab driver cancelled my ride. Uber app chared me 42 ruppes cancelled fee because I don't cancel my ride.

  43. I booked an Uber cab last night from Anand vihar railway station to Dr. Mukherjee nagar, Delhi and then to Noida sector 62, the fare of which was supposed to be around 600 RS. But I was charged RS.1200 for the same. I request to look into this and refund me the excess fare taken as early as possible.
