  1. uber cabs service is better than other cabs in the market. But the charge is too high compared to ola cabs... Surge price should be updated in app. The distance covered sometimes is not reflecting in the app. User interface is good but charges are high during surge

  3. Same thing happened with me today my aap shows 189 but he took 409 he was telling me some kinda rider's outstanding balance is there. I don't get this but when I just cross checked is there any balance or some remaining balance. it's nothing there. I had payed everything no balance he's name bandu

I have had two or three bad experience with Uber but today was the worst as d driver was very rude and even threatened me ...only because I requested him two or three to drive a lil faster because I was getting late ...I think d driver was drunk as he even had d guts to tell me ek aisa lagaunga na ..and then he gets out of d car and manipulates the facts that i was threatening him .Such unprofessional behaviour has really shocked me and though I complained about this driver in the app so far no feedback has been sent to me via Uber ..also they are not letting me delete d account

  7. Uber driver didn't arrive in the allotted time. Fine, I ordered another one. After numerous emails Uber refuse to refund a small cancellation fee even though they said:

    "I looked at your trip and see that the driver partner did not arrive at your pick up point within the ETA mentioned. I understand how disappointing such an experience can be."

    Uber lacks integrity Why else have they lost their London licence.

  8. App was showing estimated fare as 415 but i paid 730. Driver did not end trip and kept on roaming around. I logged a complain in app, did not get my refund yet. Uber updated receipt but dint refund extra amount i paid.

  9. Aap was showing estimate fair of Rs 130 and the driver took 280 Rs ...Uber is now a days giving very bad service to the customers. Even when the driver cancels the ride why should the customer pay the amount they have started cheating now

  11. I have very bad experience with Uber before that, but this one is really worst, I book cab and it shows me 139 rs fare but after trip it shows 310 rs. I got shocked.

  12. The driver couldn't find the address for close to 45mins and then cancels the ride. He does not know how to talk as well. I'm late for work and going to be marked as half day. I don't know what you guys are going to do about this. But for sure I will stop taking Uber and tell me friends to do the same as well. Very fuckall service.

  15. I am a retired army person. Yesterday during the process of hiring intercity cab i found a note from Uber that I had paid less Rs 42/- to the driver of my last visit. Which is not understood as I paid what ever the amount was communicated. However I confirmed to pay as I did not want to get delay in hiring Mumbai trip. Inspite I did not get any message if the cab booked or otherwise. I after waiting about half an hour I opted other alternative.

I m using uber from 2 years.It is giving me very good services.This time I m telling my brother to use it from the village society lohegaon,pune to Pune railway station,it's only 8-10km but this no.7517557979 name Swapnil driver is made us fool and he has switched off his mobile whn reaching near only 200m and said tht i will reach in only 2 minutes.My brother booked other taxi who paid 450rs for this journey.Later I called to driver he said mam this location is wrong.So I m very unsatisfied with Uber.And please suitable action make kindly be taken against said the uber driver.Thanx

  21. Today I booked uber pool and two driver canceled trip. Then third one was showing in app but I wait till waiting time but he not came and his mobile was switched off then I cancelled after 10 min. Uber charges me 42.50 rs please give me reason for this payment

    For this ride I was charged incorrect amount. I took uber pool from
    4A, Airport Rd, White House Society, Blue Hill Society, Yerawada, Pune, Maharashtra 411006, India
    to Gangakunj housing society kalas road vishrant wadi.
    Also in the payment receipt the mentioned destination is wrong. For payment I had chose payment. After dropping me at my destination which is
    "Gangakunj housing society kalas road vishrant wadi", driver's mobile got switched off due to battery low issue, due to which the driver couldn't able to end my ride and I was changed Rs279.35 for my trip, instead of Rs46.
    As it was changed incorrect amount to me, so I want my money back in my paytm account and the amount is Rs233.35. what kind of service is this, I want my money back.

    Driver didnot took my call. He repeatedly asked me where to go and what is payment amount.
    He told me to cancel the trip and book new one.
    He never came to my pickup point and he cancelled the trip after 2.30 Hrs.
    This is very poor experience

  29. 1)Very bad experience with Uber
    Driver threatened my brother to kill if he didn't pay the money rather it was his fault as he was denying to drop at the location so mentioned.
    He then even took the money and stated it to be unpaid .
    And there was one more time some other driver updated it to be unpaid while all payment was done.


    2) my share cab bill was 50 and then driver called me up saying I need to pay him 400 more as bill says it's 450. Share cabs bill amount are fixed as far as I know.

    3) driver cancelled the trip and went straight away while I was standing at the pickup location and I had to pay unnecessary charges during my next trip.
