  1. I bought Sony Vaio PCG laptop and got problem within a year. I called SONY and they said that have to wait 5 weeks for parts to arrive and they said we have to take laptop to the service center to get it repaired. Mean while I have been given assurance that my laptop would be fixed very shortly i.e. within 3-4 days whenever I called them. It has been six days since when I have handover my laptop in the store and I didn’t get any call regarding my repair status, I am in urgent need of my laptop.
