    I booking the taxi in your calltaxi.But your driver not coming correct time(25min late)and his not attend my phone call also.so i missd the flight.Now i am booking in new flight ticket chennai to pune .Now my plan totally collapsed and loss of my money also.whos responsible for this issue.please kindly reply the solution for this issue.thank u

    2. Today I have also experienced the same ... I was with a patient and the driver cancels the trip after lapse of 15 minutes... I have serious thought of switching over to OLA or Fast Track.... These guys are not serious they don't respond...

  5. sir,today by 13hrs i travelled in uber indica from perungalathur,chennai to porur gardens.my official mobile no 9840372769. in the car there is no GPS, no a/c.driver made unnecessary stoppages in between. during driving he is continuously speaking in his mobile. thanks subramanian v

  7. Dear Uber Customer Care Manager,

    I'm totally disappointed with the service that is meted out to me. I tried booking a cab to velachery. I got a notification that a previous payment was pending. This trip was cancelled because the driver refused to carry LPG cylinders in his car. I lodged a complaint at that time itself. But still to travel to my relatives house by Uber, I paid this outstanding amount with my debit card. Please see the message below for the payment.
    "INR 52.50 Debited to Ac XXXXXXXXXXX0958 on 18-OCT-2017 11:14:00-PCA:0000038814:UBER61701:ZES(UBER INDIA SYSTEMS UBER61701 Tot Avbl Bal-INR 19,38,105.94 on 18-OCT-2017 11:14:00"

    After this payment was done I tried booking a cab to velachery, but still the old payment outstanding is remaining and I'm am not able to book my cab, with Uber still asking me to pay the outstanding.

    I need you to resolve this issue IMMEDIATELY,which if it doesn't happen, I'll have no choice but to post my bad experience in the social media.

  8. I booked the cab at 4.50 and waited waited waited but no response from the cab driver so I booked in ola and reached my destination at 5.40 am. Still uber app is showing cab is arriving to pick me. When I tried cancelling it tells partial charges will be applied as my journey is in progress. What the hell is this? Most importantly app doesn't have customer care number to reach

  9. on 1st night i booked a cab at 8 10 .the driver cancelled the trip and never picked up the phone.then i booked another cab after 45 minutes and paid extra Rs40 for no fault of mine
    .This should be avoided

  14. I booked mini from Mudichur to Villivskkam on 19/11/2017 evening about 0645 pm YourDriverShamson expressed his inability and informed he would Cavell the booking from his end. Neither the driver nor the under booking centre informed me about cancellation and perforce I had to book another taxi. Another Driver Shanmugam came without contacting me
    He was not informed about cancellation by Under. Charging cancellation fee on to my account is not fair and not a good business practice.Uber has to improve its customer service and it should not be at the mercy of its franchisee drivers who act on their whims and fancies least bothering about customer and User's reputation as well.

My last trip to chennaisilk l was to pay Rs120 only.driver went for another pickup and the passenger didn't come.So driver took a long route and dropped me after more than one hour.on completion driver demanded RS 183.l was delayed for more than half an hour and asked to pay more.I paid the amount which was shown while booking.Now when I try to book a cab your app shows a balance of RS 183/-.pls correct in your system and enable further bookings.

  18. My name is Susan Koshy and I live in Chennai. I frequently use Uber and always had satisfactory rides. But today a driver named Ramesh Kannan was unreasonably rude to me. I gave as picking point Kilpauk cemetery and he stopped somewhere else and started shouting at me. Obviously he wasn't familiar with the area and was angry that I did not cross over a road barrier and walk to where he was. I could not see where he was and I told him I am 77 years old and can;t climb over barriers. At one point I thought he was going to let me out on the road,he had such a bad temper.
    My request to you is not to use people like him as drivers.

  19. I live in Chennai and had a very unpleasant experience with an Uber ride yesterday. The driver Ramesh Kannan did not know the locality and started shouting at me for not walking to where he was parked He even scolded me for not climbing over a road barrier to go to his car which I could not locate. I am a frequent customer of Uber and never had such an experience before.

  24. Booked cab to reach a private bus stop on time.Called driver Surenthiran twice but his line was always busy ...

    Once managed to reach his number, frustratingly he refused to reach our place.More annoyingly , he cancelled without intimating us while I reached him on call, despite persuading him to reach our place.Due to his irresponsibility, we were stranded on the street with heavy and huge luggage.
    Worst part is me getting charged 30 rupees for his irresponsible cancellation.

  28. Today we booked Uber from Anna Nagar to Anna University. First of all the driver could not find the pick up location after several calls and guidance he came and picked and then he dropped at Guindy saying the trip is only up to Guindy. Then again after showing all the booking details then he dropped in Anna University and collected extra money.These kind of drivers totally spoils the reputations of the international cab service and service standards.
